Viral Video and Interactive Game Unveiled By Bic
Major razor brand Bic has now launched a 90 second video on YouTube which features the amusing imaginary sport of human curling. The spoof advert shows a series of freshly shaved men sliding across the ice, with the man who used a Bic razor winning the race.
Viewers are then invited to play the game of human curling themselves on Facebook, using their webcam or keyboard to propel shaven men across the ice and post a 'Like Bic'.
The Bic advert has already gone live in France and is set to be launched across Europe throughout May, supported by a range of advertising across YouTube and Google.
Interactive videos are increasingly being used by companies to promote awareness of their products, including beer brand Desperados launching their YouTube video last week where users can personalise a party setting and determine the outcome of events.
This latest video and game by Bic is the work of Buzzman, the digital agency responsible for Tipp-Ex's recent viral success called 'A hunter shoots a bear', which has achieved over 16 million views to date.
