Tesco's Clothing Website Launches New Fashion Brand Boutique
Tesco is expanding its presence as a fashion retailer by unveiling the Brand Boutique on its clothing website. The move is part of its recently formulated strategy to adapt its non-food approach to growing consumer presence as a premier technology, fashion and health & beauty retailer.
A Tesco spokesperson has said Brand Boutique is its "new online fashion store for the next big names in womenswear".
The Brand Boutique has a separate website within the main Tesco site which has a "Style Showroom" section that carries labels from emerging fashion designers chosen by fashion agent Debi Carter.
Along with Tesco's own Cherokee and Florence & Fred fashion labels, the new Boutique brands on offer include Liquorish, Tiger Blonde and Roby Rocks.
Brand Boutique is currently running a promotion of a £5 discount when shoppers spend £35 and also provides free delivery on all orders over £50.
