New Videojug Website Lets Brands Like Panasonic Build Online Community Reach

Popular content sharing site Videojug will launch a new knowledge and revenue-sharing website called Video Pages this Friday.

The unveiling of Video Pages reflects the ongoing strategy of Videojug to place itself as the leading online destination for factual content. The new site will allow brands, organisations and individuals to publish content, including text, images and video, in return for half the revenue from the ads promoted around it.

Tom Laidlaw, Videojug CEO, commented, "With a major consumer marketing push now underway, we'll be fuelling growth over the coming months, signing up thousands of content creators and creating a vibrant community of publishers."

Panasonic is the first brand to sign up for the Video Pages service. They will have a branded content hub aimed at creating online communities of expert enthusiasts who can share informative and factual content. Their UK Digital Marketing Specialist for Brand Communications, Aman Matharu, commented, "This activity fits our overall digital strategy as we're trying to engage and interact with customers and prospects at every possible touchpoint, to turn them into Panasonic and Lumix advocates by showing off our quality products."
