New Partnership Gives Brands Centralised Reach to Eastern European Markets

The advertising network Adconion has now partnered with European sales house Goldbach Audience and Arbo so that brands can reach Eastern European audiences from a single point of contact.

Matt Hunt, Adconion MD, commented, "Most of the top 100 advertisers are looking to reach the audience of emerging markets... What's interesting is that it gives brands access to 2 000 sites through one point of contact: a single campaign management, single reporting and single sales."

The partnership will entail Adconion selling advertising for Goldbach in the UK while gaining access to their site network and user data, and Goldbach using Adconion's technology. The Adconion Global Sales Team will be supported by Goldbach Media International staff, who have specialist knowledge of Eastern European and Russian markets.

The move will put them in a position to offer agencies and media planners a specialist pan-European network with a leading standing in Eastern European markets.

Brands reported to be signing up to extend their ad campaigns across Eastern Europe include Footlocker, British Airways, Samsung and RIM.

Adconion Media Group's President for Europe, Arndt Groth, said, "Increasingly global brands and agency partners are looking to conduct coordinated international campaigns but with nuanced, country-specific execution."
