Music Community Site Tunited Pushes Brand Awareness

Tunited, the newly formed online music community site dedicated to unsigned bands, will now be raising their brand identity through a social networking and blogging campaign.

The site was launched by Ultravox frontman Midge Ure earlier this month, with the aim of supporting and promoting new musical talent.

Digital agency 20:20 has been chosen to run the campaign, called Make Love Share Music. It will strategically use blogs, Twitter and music media sites to drive brand awareness.

Tunited MD, Matt Stanley, said, "We're set to entirely change the way people interact with music online, but as a new launch we need to drum up support. 20:20 has already increased our Twitter followers by 12% and generated 200% more mentions by actively engaging in music-related conversations. We're confident that as the project matures Tunited will become a much-visited home for the music industry.”
